Main Construction of the Building

The major design requirements were to accommodate 800 parking lots in a six storey building with super ramps up to the third storey and implementing Industrialised Building System (IBS - 92.15% score) for the construction of the overall structure of the building.

The core structure of the building is constructed by using steel formwork system. The carpark typology is the ramp-less carpark block to maximise efficiency in the parking lot to area ratio.
